How to Become a Certified Nursing Assistant in Oklahoma

For you to become a CNA in Oklahoma, you must attend at least 80 hours of classroom and clinical training that is approved by the state's Department of Health Services. After completing all of the required coursework, you can apply for the state’s CNA Competency Exam, also known as the CNA Nurse Aide Registry Examination.

You will have four hours to complete your CNA exam, and you must receive a score of at least 70 percent on both parts of the test for you to be added to the state's Nurse Aide Registry.
