Elizabethtown Community and Technical College was established in 2004 with the consolidation of Elizabethtown Technical College and Elizabethtown Community College. CSTCC was established in 1969 and is situated on Central Parkway in Cincinnati, which is about an hour and a half drive from Louisville.
